Throughout my career, I have alternated between periods of commercial photography and moments when I shoot purely based on my mood and interests. The joy it brings me does not allow me to see it just as a job or a profession.
When I’m not taking photos – and even when I am – I move between the mountains and barbecue and beer with family and friends, like any true southerner.
